Refund Policy
**Invoice Terms and Conditions for Membership and Event**
1. Payment for the invoice must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. All payments are non-refundable.
2. For details on the membership or event offering, please refer to the proposal communicated with the Secretariat office.
3. Please note that the event or conference program, venue, and speakers are subject to change, depending on the prevailing situation.
4. Membership activation occurs on the date of payment, unless otherwise specified.
5. A valid ticket is required for event attendance.
6. All event ticket transfers or cancellations must be submitted in writing at least three working days prior to the event, or six working days before a conference or training. No-shows will be charged, and payments are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
7. Tickets must not be re-sold or offered for re-sale at a premium (including via online auction sites). Breaching this condition may result in ticket cancellation without a refund, and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. IAB Hong Kong reserves the right to cancel any tickets purchased that are suspected of being used in this manner.
8. In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning being hoisted, all events will be cancelled and rescheduled until further notice.
9. In case of any disputes, IAB Hong Kong reserves the right to make the final decision.
