First-party data is the foundation for businesses to understand their customer behaviors and preferences across various consumer touchpoints, both historical and in real-time. Collecting a wealth of first-party data can better engage with customers and improve targeting with personalization, which ultimately drives business growth and revenue. Michael is the VP of Technology at CloudMile, the Google Cloud Premier Partner and Managed Service Provider in APAC. Previously, he was GM of OneConnect (HK), an associate of Ping An Group and Director of Cyber Security at Deloitte. Prior to that, he spent ~7 years in various Professional Services & Education roles at AWS. Michael is an ExCo member of the Enterprise Architecture Special Group of the Hong Kong Computer Society, VP of Young PM Development in PMI Hong Kong Chapter, and a start-up mentor in HK Tech 300. Michael holds a PhD in Computer Science. He holds cloud certifications including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, as well as project management and IT service management certifications.

Jiahao Teo is Managing Director, Global Head of Data, Analytics and CRM for the HSBC bank’s Global Private Banking & Wealth division. He also serves as the North Asia Regional Head for DA&CRM across the HSBC retail banking business. He has spearheaded significant analytics transformation at scale across businesses with delivery of strong commercial results in major markets- first in Singapore and more recently building strategic Data & AI foundations in China to pioneer intelligent banking experiences for clients and staff. Beyond data, he brings deep experience across business strategy, sales performance management, distribution management and frontline customer handling across both personal and commercial banking.
Yang is an experienced partitioner of performance marketing and analytics with a heavy bias towards data and automation. He has successfully launched products, built platforms, and scaled businesses. Currently he is the VP of Marketing Technology at Klook where he leads user growth and retention. Prior to Klook Yang has held senior positions at several companies, including CompareAsiaGroup, Expedia Group, Samsung Electronics, and Upwork, where he led digital marketing and analytics teams, developed automation tools for SEM optimization, migrated to cloud-based analytics solutions, and managed customer acquisition and activation. He holds engineering degrees from MIT as well as an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of work, he's the proud father of 2 boys and the owner of numerous unfinished books.
I have been with LKF Group since 2019 and in the HK/Macau region for 11 years, leading and building digital marketing teams on promoting tourism and hospitality across the globe. I have been on a mission to transform business with digital strategies throughout my career, spanning through San Francisco online companies and top hospitality brands throughout Hong Kong, Macau and SE Asia, and Europe. Additionally, I am currently serving as the lead on the Content Committee Team Lead for IAB Hong Kong, and is a Board Member for THRIVE, Women in Travel based in the USA.
Lawrence is the Head of Marketing Communications Department in Midland (largest listed real estate company in Hong Kong, 01200.HK) since 2019. He oversees the digital development, digital transformation, innovation, strategic partnerships and some data analytics projects for several business units of the group.
Before that, Lawrence was the founding team member of MoneyHero, a leading financial products comparison platform in 2014. He helped the parent company to secure three rounds of funding totaling USD 115 million from Goldman Sachs, Alibaba Entrepreneur Fund, IMF, etc.
With a Quantitative Finance Degree and CFA background, Lawrence was an option trader before and served as a management consultant for several multinational companies. He is also the lecturer for MBA and CFA classes in some universities in Hong Kong and mainland China.
Bernard has 20+ years of multi-continental consulting, marketing, and sales experiences in media and tech, with 10+ years specifically in digital marketing. As Managing Director of North APAC, Bernard oversees LoopMe’s business in Greater China, Japan and Korea. Bernard is the Team Lead of the IAB Hong Kong Measurement Committee and was also on the judging panel of the Morketing Awards 2022 in China. Prior to joining LoopMe, Bernard was the Sales Director at Spotify, the Account Director at Financial Times, and the Senior Product Consultant at Microsoft.
